The European Summit of regions and cities is a gathering of local representatives organised every two years by the European Committee of the Regions to discuss the EU’s future challenges. Call for papers Urban Transitions 2022
Join us in Sitges, near Barcelona, for Urban Transitions 2022. Efus’ 7th Security, Democracy and Cities conference: 700 participants from 27 countries and a call for heightened cooperation with European institutions Efus’ 7th Security, Democracy and Cities conference concluded on 22 October in Nice (France) – after three days of rich debates attended by 700 delegates representing 140 cities and 27 countries –, by the adoption of an eponymous Declaration in which Efus’ member local authorities call European institutions to better recognise their key role in managing urban security by strengthening exchange and funding mechanisms.e

Save the date! INDIMO-SPROUT Webinar.
On 2 February the INDIMO and the SPROUT project will hold a joint webinar titled: Planning for a more inclusive urban mobility, addressing urban mobility transition by making use of inclusive digital mobility tools. The webinar will bring both projects together to share their research results and explore synergies and possibilities on how the SPROUT pilot cities can make use of the INDIMO tools. The webinar will discuss the pilot use cases of Emilia-Romagna (INDIMO) and Valencia (SPROUT), both based on the installation of e-lockers, and see how they can benefit from each other by analyzing the key stakeholders involved, challenges, barriers, drivers, benefits, differences, and commonalities.
