inOut mobility event seemingly abandoned.

The website says postponed to April 2021. But that was posted a long time ago, and none of the event feeds have been updated for months. The third edition of this prestigious event appears destined not to happen. The event audience deserve better than this. Events which simply ignore their stakeholders are events least likely to survive in the new world.

AET Covid-19 Webinar: Tracking Future Trends After the Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has introduced massive shocks into the daily lives of individuals, communities and businesses across Europe, and resulted in multiple and complex changes to travel attitudes and behaviours. In addition, there are a number of pre-existing trends around commuting, remote working and online shopping, sustainability and technology, which have been sharply accelerated by years in a matter of months.

This AET webinar will explore these trends in more detail, consider what changes in travel demand and use of transport networks may outlast the pandemic, and how we can plan for a post-COVID future which is more uncertain and offers a wider range of options and impacts for policy makers, researchers and other professionals in the transport and mobility space.

WCS 2021 will adopt a largely virtual format. From 21 to 23 June, audience members will be able to dial in remotely to join our global thought leaders at the various WCS dialogues and plenaries. This is the first time that WCS will be adopting a virtual format since its inauguration in 2008, and we look forward to this allowing a larger, and more international audience to join us remotely for WCS in June.
